Corridor plans are long range plans for a safe and efficient transportation system developed in collaboration with the affected jurisdictions and the users of the route. They identify improvements that can compete for state transportation funds, update, support and refine the Highway System Plan and enables local agencies to consider the state system when building or revising local Comprehensive Plans. They also define route continuity, access management and multimodal improvements and prioritize the list of recommended improvements.
