COUCH to 5K CHALLENGE
REFLEX International and the Concord Parks and Recreation Department are taking the wellness program to the next level with the COUCH to 5K CHALLENGE. You will encourage, motivate and compete with your peers in a 5K Run on 11/6/2010. The Couch to 5k challenge includes 20 group sessions and an off day exercise program. The Couch to 5k challenge will meet at Dorton Park in Concord on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s beginning 8/31/2010. No Fee - register online now.

United Way Run for Life 5K, 10K and Fun Run
Saturday, November 6, 2010 (New date)
Fun Run begins at 8:00 a.m. 5K and 10K begin at 8:30 a.m. Starts and ends at Les Myers Park in Concord. Course starts in the lower parking lot area, continues on the Harold McEachern Greenway, turns around on the Downtown Connector Segment and back to Les Myers Park.
NEW LOCATION. New stroller division. Registration and awards presentation will be held in Paul's Shelter at Les Myers Park.
Honoring our Bravest/Finest/Fastest A special award will be given to the fastest male and female Firefighter, Police Officer or EMS personnel.
